Medium strength meat curry, which derives its name from the use of an Indian herb called Methi (fenugreek leaves) which has a unique aroma & flavour

Medium to spicy, meat marinated with fresh ground spices, herbs, capsicum, tomatoes, garlic & ginger, slowly cooked in a Balti (Indian wok)

These dishes are well flavoured by being cooked in a medium blend of spices. Then to add to the taste of the dish, finely cut potatoes, onions, capsicum and tomatoes are fried with the fresh spices & garnished

Chicken cooked with tomotaoes, capsicum & chef's own spices. This dish is highly flavoured with a very famous spice called Jeera
